Kids these days, man. They just don't appreciate the classics. And even when you try to teach them, you risk them reacting like you're literally administering torture.
Or at least that's what it looks like in a hilarious Twitter video from Jerry O'Connell, who is trying his darndest to get his children to appreciate Prince's 1984 hit "When Doves Cry." The kids, however, have a different idea of what's happening.

"Turn it down!" his twin daughters cry as their merciless father sings along to a song 14 years older than they are. O'Connell continues unfazed, even as one daughter flops sideways in the backseat, having lost her will to live in the face of her dad's music theory lesson.
Don't give up, Jerry. You'll make fans of them yet. Whether they like it or not.
