Spotted near a polling place in Spring, Texas, this flamboyant character celebrated Election Day by sporting a Donald Trump mask, "Make America Great Again" hat and a KISS outfit.

Is he a time-traveling Trump from an apocalyptic future here to change the course of history? Or perhaps Trump was bitten by a radioactive Gene Simmons, turning him into the world's most depressing superhero?

Whoever he is, he stopped to take pictures with some kids, according to Houston Chroniclereporter Andrew Kragie -- after "thrusting his hips toward a female reporter." Truly, he is a shining beacon of what American democracy has to offer.
